Is my rent guaranteed?
Yes rent guarantee can be taken up for the six month rental agreement period with the option to extend upon renewing the agreement.
Is my deposit safe?
Yes all deposits are in a bonded clients account and registered with the TDS.
Are Feltham & Feltham part of the FSA?
Yes they are, and have to prove to the FSA that they are competent
Is my property inspected?
Yes it is, Feltham & Feltham LLP check the property under management after the first four months and then every six months thereafter till the end of the tenancy.
What happens if something goes wrong with the property?
Feltham & Feltham LLP inspect what is required, acquire quotations and report back to the landlord.
What if I have a bad tenant?
Feltham & Feltham LLP will if necessary and required serve the 2 months clear notice to require possession of the property and see it through to the tenant vacating.
How long does it take for the rent to be paid into my account?
Under management, the rent is paid into the office account and as soon as it is in the office account it is paid out to the landlord along with a monthly statement - normally within 5 days.
